Salary: £18,300 + excellent benefits

Location: Chippenham 

We are working in partnership with a leading employer based in Chippenham to recruit for an Administrator. The role will be to work within the Billing department. This is a full time and permanent role with a view to start as soon as possible. The Billing team is responsible for ensuring that all customers receive accurate bills on time. You will start as a Billing Administrator with a view to progress to a Billing Advisor.

As a Billing Administrator, your key responsibilities will include;

  • Complete daily billing tasks accurately and in a timely manner
  • Reporting on workloads daily
  • Complete all tasks within KPI's
  • Analyse accounts that haven’t billed to diagnose and resolve
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve the best outcome for the customer
  • Accurately calculate bill charges manually when required

Skills & Experience required;

  • Proven experience of delivering excellent customer service
  • Great attention to detail evidenced by consistently accurate work (with low error rates)
  • Experience of managing numerical data
  • Good time-management skills; able to manage own workload
  • Experience of working to KPI's
  • Problem solving ability
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Good communication skills (verbal and written)
  • IT literate; competent in the use of MS Office, in particular Excel. Able to learn new software

Standard working hours are Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.00pm.
