ATM Service Desk Analyst

C&D are proud to be working in partnership with Nationwide Building Society Swindon!

We are currently recruiting for a 1st line support advisor, to provide 1st level support for Nationwide branches throughout the UK.

£9.50 PER HOUR


Your main responsibilities will include : -

  • Taking inbound calls from Nationwide branches regarding their ATM Machines
  • Understanding the problems that the branch is experiencing and assist with resolving the issues within the agreed SLA
  • Contacting the branches to follow up the cases, ensuring the problems have been resolved
  • General administration duties
  • Previous IT experience is not essential, as full training will be provided

The successful candidate will have : -

  • Previous Help Desk Experience
  • A willingness to learn
  • Excellent communication skills and strong customer service skills and experience
  • Team player


You will be working a three week rotating rota as follows : -  

  • Week 1 – 8:00-15:00 – Monday - Friday
  • Week 2 – 8:30-16:30 – Monday - Friday
  • Week 3 – 9:30-17:30 – Monday – Friday including Saturday 8am – 1pm


You must be able to pass a credit & DBS check
