We are currently recruiting for an organised individual to join our client; Nationwide Building Society in the position of Administrator, within the IT Strategy and Architecture team.

About the role:

The IT Strategy and Architecture team provide a secure and sustainable business model for the Building Society, their members and colleagues. Working as part of the Operations Team you will be planning, co-ordinating and administering the IT Solution Design Board. The Solution Design Board governs the integrity of IT High Level Designs and Operational Designs delivered by projects.  It ensures designs are fit for purpose, correct, architecturally sound and ready to be passed to the relevant Development Centre for detailed design activities. You will work alongside stakeholders across the project lifecycle and will be key to ensuring meetings are effective, efficient and that outputs are accurate and produced on time.

The ideal candidate:

  • Will have excellent planning and organisation skills
  • Will be able to identify process improvements to drive efficiencies
  • Will have a willingness to learn and understand the IT Strategy and Architecture governance model
  • Will have previous administration experience
  • Will have previous stakeholder management/engagement experience across all levels
  • Will have experience working with Microsoft Office suite and Sharepoint
