C&D Sources Staff at All Levels...

C&D provides a fully flexible temporary or permanent recruitment service covering all areas of retail logistics, manufacturing, production, specialist technical and professional appointments.

We have proven and continued success across the UK, working with leading organisations such as supplying four sites with up to 400 workers for one client, supplying an ongoing recruitment programme of warehouse staff and LGV drivers for another, and managing an entire 4-day weekend operation supplying 120 workers for another.

C&D Actively Trains & Develops Your Workforce...

C&D are constantly looking to improve the performance of each worker supplied, to ease the pressure on the resource supply line. We develop the average worker into an excellent worker and develop the excellent worker into a model employee.

C&D maximise all available Government funding, and in particular NVQ training for our permanent staff and temporary workforce. Our LGV drivers have been working to obtain their NVQ level II and Driver CPS Training, and our Swindon Town Football Club stewards have gained their NVQ Level II in Spectator Safety.

We regularly work with our clients and their internal or our external trainers to develop loyal warehouse workers to gain MHE and FLT licences.

We have also secured funding for temporary workers to undergo training to improve their English skills, where English is their second language.

We are in the process of gaining recruitment relevant ISO accreditation and are continuing to work with all current and new Government initiatives to ensure we are able to maximise candidate application.

C&D have been selected as one of only 300 recruitment agencies nationally to manage the DWP Government initiative.
