The C&D Group consists of two companies, the generalist recruitment agency C&D Recruitment Ltd and the specialist 'professional' agency C&D Elite Ltd. With the combined skills of these two companies C&D are able to offer total resourcing solutions across the full spectrum of sector and seniority levels to clients and applicants alike.

C&D Group was launched in September 1996, based upon the Directors fundamental ideals of how a recruitment agency should operate. We believe passionately that people are the biggest asset within any organisation and quality, relevant and motivated personnel are at the heart of all successful companies.

Our consultants are a combination of industry professionals and expert recruiters providing the ideal combination of skills to facilitate successful recruitment decisions.

All consultants within the C&D Group are either qualified Members of the Recruitment and Employment Federation or currently studying towards it.

Our investments in technology have enabled us to further guarantee the quality of our service. We have e-mail services, an internet presence and a bespoke front office system to compliment our existing back office processing.
