The Search Assignment takes place in three stages:

  • Stage One of the Assignment is the research which is required to offer a comprehensive view of our client's market place and those individuals which have been identified as strong contenders for the position.

  • Stage Two entails these prospective applicants being approached and interviewed.

  • Stage Three concludes the Assignment by providing the client with a shortlist of Candidates, which our client deems suitable for interview.
