Candidates Database
C&D have a fully automated front office database enabling fast
and effective access to candidates already registered with ourselves.
We also have access to other CV databases through arrangements with
associated organisations. As an organisation we have access to well
over 100,000 CV's at any point in time.
Search and Selection
We consistently put the utmost care and attention in to selecting
the right applicants and introducing them to your company. Our approach
always has been, and always will be, to concentrate on quality rather
than quantity. Our consultants are highly trained, experienced and
have a large base of practical knowledge and understanding of the
roles from which to ensure accuracy within the selection process.
As part of the selection process we ascertain whether the candidate
has already been put forward for consideration to prevent multiple
applications.
Candidate Interviews
We believe that this is one of the most important aspects of the
candidate screening process and enables our skilled consultants
to assess candidate suitability as well as personality.
Pre-screening
If you have standard skills based questions that you ask candidates
at interview that would result in rejection why not pass these over
to us. We can use our consultant interviews to provide even more
effective testing and screening of candidates.
Skills Checking
We have a number of software packages that can be used to skills
check candidates prior to selection. We can adapt our office based
testing facilities to suit each client. These tests range from spelling
and visual comprehension to advanced Microsoft packages. Please
