The Search Assignment takes place in three stages:
- Stage One of the Assignment
is the research which is required to offer a comprehensive view
of our clients market place and those individuals which have been
identified as strong contenders for the position.
- Stage Two entails these prospective
applicants being approached and interviewed.
- Stage Three concludes the
Assignment by providing the client with a shortlist of Candidates,
which our client deems suitable for interview.
